	We, KAIXIN, were established on July 18th, in the year of 1997.
	The very first ultrasound scanner produced by KAIXIN was sold
	to Hernan Province by Mr. Guozheng BU, our General Manager.
	In the September of 1998, the first group of our staff joined KAIXIN.
	In May of 1999, We attended the First China International
	Medical Equipment Fair ( CMEF FUZHOU)
	In March, 2000, we formally put forwarded “Create the wealth
	together and repay our society” as our management tenet.
	In the May of the year of 2000, our first branch office in
	Hernan Province was established.
	In November, 2000, we achieved ISO9002 Certificate.
	In June, 2001, we achieved CMD certificate.
	In June, 2001,Kaixin ultrasound was named as the Reliable
	Brand by State Drug and Food Administration.
	Our new location of our head office moved to the modern Kaixin
	Mansion (Jin Shanqiao Development Zone, Xuzhou, Jiangsu, P.R.C.)
	In the August of 2003, we achieved CMD Certificate, ISO 9001：
	2000and ISO 13485：2003.
	In the April of 2004, our software of V3.2 of KX2000 series of
	ultrasound system products achieved The Software Copyright
	Registration Certificate of National Copyright Administration the P.R.C.
	In June, 2004, the software of KX2000 series ultrasound system
	achieved the Software Product Cognizance Certificate.
	In August, 2004, we achieved Software Enterprise Cognizance
	Certificate.
	In October, 2004,KX2000 series ultrasound scanner achieved
	High and New Tech Product Certificate.
	In December, 2004the first batch of KAIXIN Ultrasound Scanner
	were loaded and left for Lattakia, Syria.
	In the April of 2005, we got the Certificate of the Management
	System of EN ISO 13485：2003.
	In July, 2005, our software of V3.5 of KX2000 series
	ultrasound system products achieved The Software Copyright
	Registration Certificate of National Copyright Administration of the P.R.C.
	In September,2005, the software of V3.5 of KX2000 series the
	products achieved the “Certificate for Software Product” of
	Office of the Information Industry Of Jiangsu Province, China ,.
	We are awarded as the “High and New Tech Enterprise” of
	Jiangsu Prvince in September, 2005.
